The red wine Tavel Rosé, vintage 2016 from the winery Prieuré de Montézargues has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah from the region Tavel in France.
Pressed from eight varieties, cherry, rosehip, and wet stone. On the palate supple and at the same time almost creamy, perfectly balanced by a layer of mellow tannins. It is uncompromisingly dry, juicy, and gripping in freshness and precision, with a salty finish.
