Tasting Notes
Initially flows very closed and yeasty into the glass. Then slowly opens up: heart cherry, damp stone, almost peppery with increasing age. Smooth and almost creamy on the palate on the one hand, balanced by a layer of crumbly tannins on the other. Uncompromisingly dry and yet not a bit hard or sharp. Well-integrated acidity, salty finish. A very high-quality wine that combines animating drinking pleasure and terroir expression.
