Still closed on the nose, roasted aromas, popcorn, yeasty notes, subtle yellow fruit, caraway and fennel seeds. Lots of potential on the palate, mineral salinity, lively acidity with traction, creamy core, wood spice, vanilla on the finish, fine phenolic notes, very approachable. Long-distance runner, very good ageing potential.
