Tasting Notes
Wood and white flowers, walnut, orange jam. Strong alcohol, full-bodied, vital acidity, dense, almost somewhat forced in the extract, but with good potential.
More about the tastingSubtle wood, lime blossom, sweetcorn, undertones of citrus and hazelnut. Combines nerve and body on the palate, still closed (with yeasty notes on the finish), but also awakens a hint of upcoming spice. Very well integrated wood. A wine rich in tension, based on extract - and even tactile mineral components. Excellent style.
