Dark ruby core, light ochre rim. Delicate herbal spice, fresh blackberry confit, pleasant vanilla spice, and hints of minerality. Medium complexity, red berries, fine tannins, well structured with mineral-salty notes. Vibrant with salty, dark spices on the finish. A more delicate style, ideal companion to lighter food dishes.
