The red wine Roquette & Cazes Xisto, vintage 2015 from the winery Quinta do Crasto has been rated in 2019 by Peter Moser with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Touriga Nacional, Tempranillo, Touriga Franca from the region Douro in Portugal.
Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle bright rim. Fine nougat aroma, black cherry, good savouriness, inviting bouquet, tobacco nuances in the background. Juicy, good complexity, good fruit, round tannins, elegant, chocolaty touch, good freshness, mineral aftertaste, still seems very youthful. Definite ageing potential.
