The red wine Petit Verdot Vinho Regional Alentejano IG, vintage 2013 from the winery Quinta do Vale Dona Maria has been rated in 2017 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Petit Verdot from the region Douro in Portugal.
Violet pastille, mint, menthol and camphor. Silky, supple and full on the palate with quite a lively acid backbone, holds together well and fans out a lot of spice on the finish, even in this youthful state. Good potential.
