Bright straw yellow with hints of green and fine bubbles. Fruity expression on the nose, with ripe apple; reminiscent of peach yoghurt and dandelion. Sweet and fruity on the palate, balanced with lively acidity and a coarse-grained mousse. Still a little sticky on the finish.
