Brilliant dark straw yellow. Multi-layered bouquet of roasted hazelnut, lemon confit, some honeycomb and ripe yellow fruit, lightly smoky. Powerful on the palate with a refreshing acidity and plenty of drive. Bone-dry, complex with mocha and mineral notes. Tense, salty finish. Rock 'n' roll on the palate.
