Tasting Notes
Rich golden yellow. Forest honey on the nose. Dried apricot, candied fruit, but with air contact also tart notes of Earl Grey and bergamot. Great concentration, full-bodied, citrus fruit on the palate, also some dried porcini mushroom, viscous, full-bodied, very rich in all components, concentrated acidity, very long, very intense.
More about the tastingPetrol on the nose, but also notes of red apple, herbs, highly concentrated in the mouth, pithy acidity, present but not overwhelming sweetness, thyme and sage, juicy finish, mineral notes, good length.
More about the tastingSultana, apple, dried apple, mint and some slight hints of botrytis. On the palate highly concentrated, intense fruit sweetness, crunchy acidity, great tension, mineral character. Very good balance and also length, substantial wine with finesse.
