A slight note of pea shoot breaks through on the yeasty nose. The palate has a lovely, savoury, yeasty texture with an almost salty edge that surprises with a touch of white pepper on its fresh finish. Very much a gastronomic wine. Lovely, long and wonderfully lasting.
