Tasting Notes

Tasting from 04.11.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Luminous, rich ruby. On the nose open-hearted, with milk chocolate and many floral nuances, a fine pepper savouriness, also earthy beet. On the palate opens with a soft texture, then tightens up with accentuated acidity, gripping tannin. In the finish unfortunately a bit drying and vegetal, with lots of acidity. An individual wine.
