A deep ruby red colour. Enchanting on the nose, sweet fruit, candied oranges, black cherries, followed by cinnamon, vanilla and cardamom. Very complex. Full-bodied on the palate with a rich fruit centre and silky tannins, complex, good depth, with a long finish.
