Die Reblage Schellenweg befindet sich an bester Lage in Hallau, im Herzen des Blauburgunderlandes. Dieser reine Pinot Noir wurde zwölf Monate in französischen Barriques ausgebaut und gelangte dort zur Vollendung. Etwas undurchdringlich, wild im Ansatz. Blumige Aromen, etwas Beeren, süsser reifer Apfel, dezent rauchig und speckig. Würzigkeit mit Nuancen von Lorbeer, Salbei und Lakritze.

Beautiful fruity aromas on the nose with notes of ripe raspberry, sour cherry and plum. There are also spicy notes and a hint of marzipan and caramel. Medium-bodied on the palate, with soft acidity, subtle berry fruit and fine tannins. Medium-long finish.
