Tasting Notes

Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Deep ruby garnet colour, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Nuances of ripe heart cherries, notes of plums, delicate dried fruit touch, subtle herbal savouriness. Powerful, taut, some nougat, ripe, savoury tannins, mineral and chalky on the finish, precise tannins, grippy but not drying, remains persistent, a full-bodied food wine, will benefit from bottle ageing.
