Pale yellow, green hints, silver reflections. Delicate smoky aromas, notes of fresh herbs, hints of pome fruit, peach, pineapple and mandarin zest, a floral touch. Taut and elegant, with subtle notes of apple, a well integrated acidic structure, delicate peppery nuances on the mineral and persistent finish.
