The red wine Barbaresco DOCG Pajorè, vintage 2021 from the winery Rizzi has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright, luminous ruby. Elegant, graceful bouquet, opens delicately on ripe raspberries, with notes of mint and sealing wax, a hint of graphite. Silky texture on the palate notion, then with juicy fruit on a finely-meshed tannin framework, leading to a long finish.
