Tasting from 11.07.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Still youthful fragrance with a new wood note of vanilla-caramel and intense fruit: Blueberry compote. Taut on the palate, very straightforward, firm tannins that are only beginning to soften with bottle maturity, lots of juice, mineral background, vinified like a Grand Vin from a communal AOC, good length, still has at least 5 years to go until its peak of maturity and will remain there for a few more years.
