Tasting Notes
Candied black cherry fruit on the nose with herbs and menthol. Quite Amarone-like. Very viscous on the palate, generous level of impeccably ripe tannin with mild, but sufficiently supportive acidity. The powerful alcohol is well balanced by fruit and extract. Not a wine to eat, but a meal in itself.
