Clear ruby red colour with brightening edges. Balanced fruity and savoury nose of Amarena, plum and thyme. Subtle notes of liquorice on the finish. Deep on the palate with good drive. Fine, slightly drying tannin. Long finish reminiscent of vanilla pod.
