Bright straw yellow with light carbonation. On the nose lemon, crisp yellow apple, a hint of apricot, with a chamomile and wax aftertaste. On the palate with a fruity texture, rich, radiant, light carbonic acid perceptible on the tongue, minimally phenolic, appears to have some residual sweetness.
