The red wine Sassabruna Maremma Toscana DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Rocca di Montemassi has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot, Syrah from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark, bright ruby red. Restrained nose, light dark berries and savoury notes. Taut on the palate with loosely knit tannins, a little too taut, drying at the back.
