Tasting from 01.12.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright, lightening straw yellow with minimal mousse. On the nose there are notes of white peach, almond, some acacia flower, lemon zest. On the palate it shows with fine juiciness and clear fruit, shows fine salinity in the course, hearty, very accessible and a pleasure to drink.
