Tasting from 14.02.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Pleasantly ripe bouquet with intense notes of rum steeped fruit, dried plum, blackberry and blueberry. There are also nutty notes and a fine ethereal spiciness. Soft, flattering on the palate, polished tannins, all kinds of dried dark berries, a hint of caramel and allspice. Long finish.
