Tasting Notes
Needs a lot of air to shed its herbaceous, reductive notes. But also has plenty of fruit and spice of its own: Plum, cinnamon, clove, cherry, sandalwood, licorice, and some garrigue. A large volume on the palate, seamlessly filled with content: silky tannins, melting with mild acidity, and an aromatic potential that is just beginning to unfold. Powerful, but not massive.
