Bright, delicately hazy orange, gold reflections. Candied tangerine zest, delicate herbal savouriness, dried apricot fruit, nuances of yeast and kumquat. Juicy, silky and elegant, fine texture, pleasant acid structure, mineral-salty finish, an elegant, harmonious food companion, subtle ginger on the finish.
