Bright, slightly clouded golden yellow in colour with brassy reflections. On the nose, hints of walnut, orange zest, yellow peach, ripe pineapple, and a touch of minerality. The palate is complex, elegant and balanced, with fresh acidity and notes of yellow tropical fruit and some salinity on the finish, which is taut and persistent.
