Yellow-green colour, a touch cloudy, silver hues. A hint of fresh grapefruit zest, subtle notes of wild herbs, white pears, melon, nuances of blossom honey. Medium bodied, subtle notes of peach and mango, a fresh structure, with a dark minerality, fine salty nuances, a pleasurable, easy-going wine.
