The red wine Cannstatter Zuckerle Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Ruxwein has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Red berries, warm stone, renegades from the glass, finally thyme, juniper, menthol. Juicy, very delicately extracted palate, an almost disembodied palate that nevertheless gives structure and length. Mild but sufficiently carrying acidity, supple and at the same time tactile-mineral finish. Lots of finesse and terroir expression.
