Strong ruby, purple reflections, discreet brightening on the rim. Dark wild berry fruit, nuances of blackberries and some plum roast, a hint of nougat, slatey spice, notes of dried herbs and spice. Complex, tight, dark cherries, vivid tannins, good freshness, chocolaty nuances, lingers but needs a few more years to develop, mineral finish.
