Deep ruby, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Delicate notes of cassis, mint and a little menthol, dark nougat, black berries underneath, still a little shy. Medium complexity, delicately herbal and savoury, currants, salty touch on the finish, dark minerality in the aftertaste.
