Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Buttery notes with jasmine and asparagus aromas show on the nose. The palate starts full and ripe, but with firm, lingering almost Chablis-like acidity and a discreetly textured background. The chalky mineral finish is again a nod to Chablis.
