Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Shimmering garnet with a ruby accent. Plenty of savouriness on the nose, oregano, clove, tea leaves, followed by currants and the finest chocolate coating. Shows good complexity on the palate, envelops the palate beautifully, fresh acidity permeates the palate, full-bodied tannins, with a lightly persistent finish.
