Tasting Notes
Sparkling ruby with a slight purple tinge. Very clear, finely marked fruit, ripe dark currants, sour cherries and fine cocoa notes. Juicy, fine herbal spice, some thyme, finely-meshed tannins, unfolds with great elegance.
