The red wine San Leonardo IGT, vintage 2007 from the winery San Leonardo has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carmenère from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Opens with notes of cocoa, followed by thyme, ivy, and cassis. Spreads richly across the palate with dense, very well integrated tannin, ripe berry fruit and a long finish.
