The red wine Al Limite Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery San Leonino has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich ruby. Compact and concentrated nose of cherries and strawberries, in the background elegant savoury notes. Beautiful fruitiness on the palate with a salty note, full of tension, spreads across nicely, pleasant drive on the finish.
