The red wine Monsenese Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, vintage 2017 from the winery San Leonino has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby red. Very red-fruited on the nose with fresh raspberries, wild strawberries and young rosehip, backed by a touch of light citrus fruit on the finish and something slightly floral. On the palate it initially has a lovely texture with a medium body that glides smoothly over the tongue, with a delicate aftertaste.
