Pale golden yellow with bright reflections. The nose is initially dominated by fruity notes of apple and pear with lime and grapefruit, but there is a more complex layer directly behind this. Iodine and slight hints of honey make this olfactory interplay interesting. Dry on the palate, slightly savoury and herbal with a pleasantly almondy finish.
