Elegant nose, full of spice, with aromas of almond, pear and apple, plus elegant wood notes with some vanilla. On the palate, lots of juice and texture, an invigorating acidity, full of tension, with an underlying minerality, savoury, tightly woven and long, with a spicy finish, good ageing potential.
