Spicy, smoky, somewhat reductive and still somewhat closed. Ripe fruit aromas, gooseberry, apple skin and also sweetish pear with the savouriness of the wood ageing and minerality. Touches of nutshell. Juicy and elegant on the palate with a powerful and clearly defined structure. Fine sweetness that appears supple and is carried by the serious minerality.
