The rosé wine Achtzehnnullsechs Roséwein trocken Mecklenburger Landwein, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Schloss Rattey has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points.
Light brick red with orange reflections. Sweet almond, rosehip and small red berries on the nose. On the palate, the wine has real substance, a fine phenolic character and exceptionally clear fruit. The acid kick makes it fun to drink. This rosé works just as well as an aperitif as it does with light (cold) starters.
