The semi-sparkling carbonated wine »Rattey Frizzante« halbtrocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Schloss Rattey has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Solaris, Johanniter, Helios, Hibernal from the region Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in Germany.
Bright yellow in colour. Initially quite peppery on the nose, followed by notes of apricot, ripe yellow fruit and red apple. On the palate, a silky sweetness, fine mousse and a touch of creaminess from the very ripe grapes, combine to create a very fine, harmonious style with very good length.
