The white wine Solaris trocken Mecklenburger Landwein, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Schloss Rattey has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points.
A hint of tropical fruit on the nose, pineapple, guava and passion fruit. Silky, round on the palate, with an equally fine and firm acid backbone, lots of juiciness on the palate, a pinch of saltiness and great length. A very complete and even slightly terroir-tinged white wine for sophisticated cuisine.
