The crémant Blanc de Blancs, vintage 2020 from the winery Schlossgut Ebringen has been rated in 2025 by Romana Echensperger with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
Fine bubbles and persistent effervescence. Bright yellow in colour, the bouquet reveals subtle aromas of apple, quince, meadow herbs, jasmine, salted almond, yeast pastries and butter. On the palate, there is a fine mousse that lends a silky texture. There is also a moderately fresh acidity and a harmonious balance without any dosage. An elegant crémant, characterised by the finest yeast notes.
