The white wine »S« Weißburgunder, vintage 2020 from the winery Schlossgut Ebringen has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
On the nose, there are aromas of ice candy and white flowers, as well as some new wood. On the palate, the wine shows medium density and a good, largely ripe phenolic character. Its juiciness and lively acidity make it appear almost slender. A pleasantly dry and therefore gastronomic Pinot Blanc.
