Yeasty aroma, apple skin, fresh bread dough, hay, cornflowers, pears, Pinot berries, cinnamon, yellow curry powder. In the mouth with a lively, finely structured acid nerve, creamy mousse, juicy fruit goes hand in hand with mineral sanity, savoury and elegant.
