Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate white apple fruit underlaid with some meadow herbs, a hint of lemon balm, attractive bouquet. Fresh and fruity, mineral, lively acid structure, salty-lemony finish, white stone fruit in the aftertaste, already easy to drink.
