Bright yellow-green, silver reflections, fine mousseux. Delicate tropical fruit nuances underlaid with a little blossom honey, fine brioche notes, orange zest. Juicy, elegant, multi-faceted acid structure, mineral, passion fruit on the finish, great food companion.
