Light yellow green, silver reflections, lively mousse. Delicate nuances of yellow apple fruit, some mango, a hint of pear and pineapple. Harmonious, fine fruit sweetness, delicate honey, lively acidity, mineral, lemony finish, fine herbal savouriness. An elegant food companion with a delicately sweet finish.
