The white wine LR Südtirol Weiss Riserva DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Schreckbichl - Colterenzio has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright, pronounced straw yellow colour with a drop of light gold. Elegant and medium-bodied nose, yellow fruit, green savouriness, wet stone and cold smoke, slightly buttery tones and some citrus fruit on the finish. Racy, slightly salty on the palate, shows good drive and a slightly phenolics centre, comes in several layers, still needs some time, good foresight.
